- When you arrive at Data Guardian, stay in your car and call us at 269-327-8553 to let us know you’re here for drop-off shredding. If you’re paying by credit card, we will take your card information over the phone.
- A Data Guardian staff member will come out to meet you at your vehicle to retrieve your documents – please wait for them to return.
- Once we’ve determined your cost, we’ll be back out to collect payment (if paying by cash or check) and provide you with your Certificate of Destruction.
Just a few notes regarding this temporary drop-off arrangement:
- Our staff will, and we ask you to, maintain social distance of 6 feet where possible and wear protective face masks while interacting with our staff.
- Since we have not been able to offer drop-off shredding for several months, we thank you in advance for your patience if your wait times are a bit longer than normal.
- We will not be able to accommodate witness shredding requests until further notice.
